well i drove the uhaul to farmington. Today we unpacked stuff. I'm SOO glad to have my queen size bed. I hooked up my computer in the basement, with my couch and a few other chairs.. i'm gonna have a pretty cool little hang out area down here, with a pool table, etc. I wanted to bring my stereo down here but I like to listen to music when i go to bed so i want to leave it in my room. If I buy bigger speakers for my iMac then I can just listen to music from the computer. If my mom would let people smoke down here then my friends might actually want to chill out here late at night. But ah well... make the smokers suffer i guess.
I don't work until 10pm on Wednesday...working the midnight shift... well I don't work until 10pm every night (wed-saturday)
I'm working at the kinkos in southfield at 12/northwestern until I find some video/film related job.
My weekend was cool. I had a 'goodbye grand rapids' party on saturday, like 60 people showed up (not all at once, like in shifts...) so that was cool, everyone said thier goodbyes.. I didn't really feel like I was leaving until about an hour and a half down the highway in the uhaul i'm like 'wow.. i'm really moving." I feel good though. I wish I was making more money, but at this point, since I haven't really worked in a month, I'm just glad to know that there is a paycheck coming at all. I was going to spend LOTS of money on film equipment by the end of this year but i can see that's not going to happen. I want to shoot my next film in the next 2 months but I can see that's just a pipe dream for now. Ah well. I have to be patient.
