Metropolis, IL
No I am not truckin' because VW did not release the new minibus like it was supposed to. Sorry if the blog title confused you. (not really)
I bought the Focii expecting to deal with chicago traffic and parking situations. That was 6 years ago, and now look.. I'm in chicago a whole lot.
the drive from detroit costs umm.. let me think now heidi said oh yea 30 then 60 then 2.50 so thats $3.40.
tonight i leave for chicago. it was supposed to be today but i just keep bouncing around trying to think.. WHAT DO I NEED WITH ME?
I'm not just going to a music festival, i may not be coming back here for a while.
I've been in a whirlwind of ideas and emotions lately. It's like a metamorphysis. I'm my own comic book hero. I'm SuperDan.
Yeah OK so I just got back from the Superman Celebration in Metropolis with the punk princess of Metropolis, IL... which is more like Smallville if it was envisioned by William Gaines odd folk.
This girl is so cool she gets away with whatever she wants. Turn your back on her and she's liable to end up on stage performing with the band. Who ya with? Umm.. ohh yea that girl playing the tamberine with the country death metal band setting the motorcycle on fire up there.
She did up a sweet SuperGirl costume check her out
The weekend was a blast.
and now it's time to change time zones again.
